Each batch can contain 1–20 Subject IDs. Add as many separate batches as needed. Every QR and barcode encodes 00|SUBJECT-ID|, so your existing scanner continues to use the same format.

Sign in to PalliCalc and wait for the institution register to load.
Clicking Add info immediately marks that ID as Used and opens the institution's restricted Patient Identity Registry with the Subject ID prefilled. Staff may manually switch the status back to Available or Used at any time. A batch can be deleted only while every ID in it is still Available, and deletion requires the institution QR password saved by the institution administrator.
